What do you want people to feel? Who will listen? And where will the music be heard? Those questions shape the style, lyrics where needed, structure and sound. We listen, select and refine until the production fits the agreed purpose.
Music Doctor René leads the creative process. Head Nurse Sofie contributes as an AI sidekick, and AI music tools are part of the workflow. René directs, selects and makes the final creative decisions.

Use your music.
With clear permission.
You receive permission to use the delivered production for the purposes set out in your licence. You know in advance what you may do with it and what it costs.
- Your use
- For example a website, social media, advertising, hold music, an event or a personal gift.
- Duration and territory
- How long and in which countries you may use the music. We discuss a broad, long-term licence in advance.
- Versions and edits
- Which files you receive and whether you may shorten the music, pair it with visuals or have it edited.
- Exclusivity and costs
- Whether TMD may also offer the production to others, the licence price and any additional permissions that may be needed.
We specify which rights TMD can grant in the recording and any protected lyrics or composition. A purchase does not automatically transfer all copyright. Exclusivity or an assignment requires a separate written agreement.

About music, AI and rights.
Can music made with AI be used commercially?
That depends on the service, subscription and terms for the production. Suno permits commercial use of eligible downloads under its terms. We check the usage basis before supplying a production to a client.
Is commercial permission the same as copyright?
They are different things. Copyright protection for AI productions depends in part on the human creative contribution. We therefore do not promise automatic copyright or absolute exclusivity over everything AI generates.
Could other licences or fees still apply?
We consider that for each use. Public playback, broadcasting or third-party material may require additional permissions or fees, potentially involving BumaStemra or Sena. A TMD licence does not automatically replace those arrangements. Publishing platforms may also have their own rules.
